Our Deddington Energizers team currently have the silver Eco award and are working towards the Eco flag award.

We like to make sure we do lots of recycling in school and ask you to help us by recycling at home:

Clothes – at least twice a year we send bags home for you to fill and return to school

Batteries – we will be locating a battery tube outside school so that you can deposit your old batteries easily. So watch out for more news.

Spectacles – we collect them and then recycle them at Boots the Opticians who send them to third world countries

Paper, cardboard and newspapers – at home in your blue bin

Plastic – in the blue bin.Tins – in the blue bin.

Food – cooked and raw food can be put in the brown composting bins.
