Attendance at any club is conditional on high levels of enthusiasm and good standards of attitude and behaviour. Places will be confirmed by the member of staff running the club prior to the club starting.
Places are limited for each club. Adults who run the clubs will have registers of children attending. If your child is unable to attend a club during any week please ensure that the adult in charge of the club is made fully aware of this in writing.
This is so they know that children who do not attend a session are safe and have been collected. All after school clubs will run from 3.15-4.15pm unless stated otherwise in a separate letter.
